With a growing pipeline of major energy infrastructure and transmission line projects across NSW, Queensland and South Australia, we are seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering projects that form part of Australia’s essential infrastructure.
About the Role As a Senior Supervisor, you will take a leading role in the day-to-day delivery of major energy and transmission projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and construction crews, you will lead site operations and coordinate resources to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, to program and to the required quality standards.
This is an opportunity to work on projects of state significance, lead experienced construction teams and contribute to the delivery of Australia's essential infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily site construction activities Supervise construction crews, subcontractors, plant and resources Coordinate works in accordance with project programs and schedules Monitor productivity, progress and construction quality Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site coordination meetings Interpret construction drawings, specifications and project documentation Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Engineers Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise Maintain strong standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project requirements Maintain accurate site records, reporting and documentation Support effective planning and coordination across project work fronts

About You We are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor who can lead from the front and bring strong practical knowledge of civil construction and major project delivery.
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Supervisor, Civil Supervisor or similarStrong experience leading civil construction teams, subcontractors, plant and resourcesExperience across energy, transmission, utilities or major infrastructure projects highly regardedStrong understanding of civil construction methodologies, site operations and project programsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and project documentationHands-on experience with inspections, quality assurance and compliance with project specificationsStrong understanding of construction safety, risk management and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to make sound decisions, resolve issues and lead teams effectively under pressureProficient with site reporting, project documentation and basic computer applicationsRelevant trade qualification, Certificate IV, diploma or degree in civil construction, engineering or construction management highly regardedCurrent White CardCurrent unrestricted Australian Driver LicenceWillingness to work DIDO/FIFO rosters across regional project locationsAbility to successfully complete required pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
