Marta Cleaning Services is hiring Casual Cleaners for both residential and commercial cleaning jobs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a supportive, family-run business, with the potential to move into Part-Time or Full-Time roles. Full-time roles include access to a company vehicle.

What We Offer:

• $34 per hour + superannuation
• Set 4-day work week: Mon–Thurs
• No weekend or public holiday work

• Transition to Part-Time or Full-Time, with work vehicle for full-time staff
• Training and support provided
• Work hours between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm

Duties Include:

• Cleaning residential homes and commercial spaces (e.g. small offices)
• Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living areas, and surface cleaning
• Using eco-friendly, low-tox products (all provided)
• Following checklists and job instructions with attention to detail
• Communicating respectfully with clients and team members
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards

Ideal Candidate:

• Cleaning experience (residential or commercial) preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Driver’s license preferred but not required for casual positions
• Available to work 6am–6pm, four days a week
