Front of House Manager - The Vic Hotel Footscray

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic FOH Manager to join our team and help keep things running smoothly across the venue.

The Vic is a busy, welcoming pub with a little bit of everything – a lively public bar, live sport, relaxed dining, a sunny beer garden and private dining space. We’re all about great service, good people and creating a place our locals love coming back to.

About the role

Working alongside the wider management team, you’ll help with the day-to-day running of the venue and play an important role in keeping service organised, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll be hands-on across the venue, supporting the team during busy services, looking after guests, helping with operational tasks and stepping in wherever needed.

It’s a great role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, takes pride in doing things well and likes being part of a team.

About you

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or management role

• Good knowledge of food, beverage and service

• A friendly, confident and approachable manner

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• The ability to stay calm and organised during busy service

• A hands-on attitude and willingness to get involved

• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• A genuine love of hospitality, pubs and working with people

• Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
