About the Client: Our client is a large, ASX-listed professional services organisation with a significant national footprint. They're expanding their onshore Executive Assistant team to support senior Partners across multiple Australian offices, following a period of growth in client-facing demand.
About the Role: This is a fast-paced, diary-focused EA role supporting up to five to six Partners at a time. You'll take full ownership of calendar and meeting coordination so Partners can stay focused on what matters most, their clients. It's a business-focused role: no personal support required, just sharp, proactive diary and priority management for senior stakeholders working across different styles, locations, and schedules.
What You'll Be Doing:Managing high-volume, multi-partner diaries (up to 5–6 concurrently), resolving clashes and judging what takes priority Supporting Partners who aren't always in-location, including remote stakeholdersMaking proactive scheduling decisions based on a strong understanding of stakeholder prioritiesAdapting to a range of Partner working styles and needsProviding coverage and flexibility across the team, including leave cover, as required
What You'll Need to Be Successful:Corporate EA experience from a large or ASX-listed organisationProven experience managing multiple senior stakeholders' diaries simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentMinimum Internediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Tech-savvy, with a genuine interest in adopting new tools and systems; experience with AI copilot tools is a strong advantageHighly organised, polished, and confident communicatorA roll-up-your-sleeves approach and comfortable working autonomously and as part of a broader teamAvailable to work core hours (8:45am–5:15pm, Mon–Fri) with a hybrid split of 2–3 office days per week, flexible around business need
