About the role
Make a meaningful difference where it matters most.
Looking for a role where you can truly connect with young people and support them to feel safe, seen and supported?

You’ll be part of both the school community and the wider headspace team, working largely autonomously while staying connected to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
While this is a clinical role, your impact goes beyond the therapy room. You’ll take a proactive, trauma-informed approach to build trust, encourage help-seeking, and support young people attending Oakwood School.

You bring strong therapeutic skills and a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach to your work, with the ability to assess risk, develop meaningful care plans and deliver evidence-based interventions.
