About the role
Sydney Kayak Experience is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly people to join our team as Casual Kayak Tour Guides on Sydney Harbour. The role includes leading Sunrise Kayak Tours, Day Tours, and Sunset Kayak Tours with flexible casual shifts that work around your availability.
Key responsibilities
Lead kayak tours on Sydney Harbour including sunrise, day, and sunset experiences
Provide customer service and guide tourists during kayaking activities
Work flexibly across various shift times based on availability
About you
Friendly, confident and reliable personality
Comfortable working outdoors and around the water
Good communication and customer service skills
Kayaking/outdoor experience is a plus
Previous tour guiding experience is welcome but not essential
Early-morning availability is highly valued
Own transport is highly recommended – car, e-bike or motorcycle, particularly for early sunrise shifts when public transport can be limited
