We are looking for a highly commercial and analytically minded Business Analytics & Strategy Manager to join our Paper & Clean Energy leadership team at Visy. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen the business's strategic planning, forecasting and commercial modelling capability.

What You’ll Do

Lead the 5-Year Strategic Plan and 18-month rolling forecast process across the Paper & Clean Energy businessBuild and enhance forecasting, scenario and financial models to support strategic decision-makingDeliver commercial insights through profitability, customer, market and performance analysisPartner with finance, operations and commercial leaders to evaluate growth, cost optimisation and capital projectsIdentify business risks and opportunities, translating complex data into clear recommendationsPresent strategic insights and outcomes to senior leaders and executive stakeholders

What You Will Bring

Degree-qualified in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline5+ years' experience in business analytics, strategic finance, commercial finance, FP&A or consultingAdvanced financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilityStrong commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational performanceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive engagementExperience in manufacturing, FMCG or other complex operational environments, with exposure to Power BI and ERP systems highly regarded
