The Role:

Reporting to Operations Lead, the role is to support tailored solutions to clients’ complex logistics requirements for oversized & heavy lift cargoes by providing intelligent advice and efficiently managing project execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Investigate transport options including identification of suppliers, equipment, transport route and port management

• Assist in reviewing project options, considering different factors including time, costs, safety requirements, schedule; etc

• Review and discuss client project needs with Project Team

• Generate enquiries to market and receive pricing from suppliers at the direction of the project team

• Assist the project team to execute and manage the project plan

• Assist the project team to prepare internal and external reports throughout the life cycle of the project

The successful applicant MUST have…

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of logistics / shipping terminology

• Knowledge of transport authorities and regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Positive outlook the ability to build relationships

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• A team player with a proactive mindset
