About The Position
Location: Kadina
Status: Part Time FTE 0.6
Classification and Rate: SCHADS Level 4, $46.70 per hour

The Homelessness Services provides professional support and suitable emergency and long-term accommodation options for people who are, or are at risk of becoming, homeless within the Northern Country region.
As the Case Manager, you will provide a service for people who are, or at risk of becoming, homeless - the outcome of which is to facilitate the process of moving the clients toward independent and / or safe housing.
The Country North Homelessness Alliance has developed a Charter dedicated to delivering quality, focused, inclusive and culturally safe services. The Alliance is underpinned by a culture of collaboration and cooperation to ensure the best possible outcomes for all clients in the Country
North region of SA.
