About The Role
The role is responsible for pro-actively managing and reviewing the portfolio of customers allocated and seek opportunities to maximise business renewal and organic growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage a portfolio alongside the Relationship Manager, delivering high-quality fleet servicesAct as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring timely resolution of all requestsIdentify growth opportunities, support renewals, and drive upsell initiativesMonitor fleet performance (utilisation, servicing, fuel) to optimise costs and outcomesPrepare accurate quotes within SLA timeframes and track outcomesManage vehicle terminations and restructures in line with best practiceEnsure KPIs and contractual obligations are consistently met or exceededBuild strong client relationships to support revenue growth and account planningCollaborate with internal teams to achieve shared business objectives
Skills and experience
Relevant qualification (business-related, tertiary, or equivalent)Fleet Management or Motor industry experience Experience in a customer service roleStrong commercial awareness and business acumenExcellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with ability to meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication, including active listeningEffective problem-solving and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)High attention to detailFleet management knowledge (desirable)
