Support Worker

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 42 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA, ACT, QLD and NSW. We are currently seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our South West Home Care team on a Casual basis. We are looking for someone to join our team in Harvey, supporting the local community and surrounding areas.

About the role

Reporting to our Home Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing domestic support, ensuring a clean and safe living environment, assisting with meal preparation, and engaging in meaningful interactions that brighten their days

What you’ll bring

• Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Influenza vaccination
• Own a vehicle and full driver's licence
• Full working rights in Australia
