Machine Operator

We're recruiting for a well-established manufacturer in the Redbank area that continues to grow and invest in its production team.

• Day shift – Monday to Friday

• $33–$38 per hour + penalties, depending on experience

• Ongoing full-time hours with genuine long-term opportunities

As a Machine Operator, you'll help keep production running safely and efficiently while ensuring quality products are produced to a high standard.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

• Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process

• Loading and unloading materials using forklifts and overhead cranes where licensed

• Completing basic production and quality documentation

• Working with your team to achieve daily production targets

We're looking for people who are:

• Experienced in manufacturing, production or heavy industrial environments

• Safety conscious with a strong focus on quality

• Mechanically minded and willing to learn new equipment

• Reliable and committed to long-term employment

• Able to work well as part of a team

No manufacturing experience? That's OK! We're also happy to consider candidates without workshop experience, with full training provided for the right people.
