In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of Volkswagen vehicles.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

• Demonstrate and showcase Volkswagen vehicles, highlighting their features and benefits

• Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for customers

• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up on sales opportunities

• Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and objectives

• Provide post-sale support and build long-term relationships with customers

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers

• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a passion for Volkswagen vehicles

• A proactive and driven approach to achieving sales targets

• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is an advantage
