Role Description The Cleaning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasse, WA. In this position, the specialist performs detailed house cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitization, and general tidying of living spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include following established checklists, using company-approved cleaning products and equipment safely, and ensuring that each property meets DSCC’s quality standards. The role involves interacting professionally with clients, respecting privacy and property, and reporting any issues or maintenance concerns to the supervisor. The Cleaning Specialist also supports team members as needed and adheres to all workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Home Cleaning and House Cleaning.Candidates should possess skills in Commercial Cleaning for occasional or specialized jobs.Candidates should possess skills in Window Cleaning to maintain clear and streak-free glass surfaces.Candidates should possess skills in Carpet care, including vacuuming and basic stain treatment.Ability to follow cleaning checklists and instructions with attention to detail.Reliability, punctuality, and a professional, respectful approach to clients and colleagues.Physical ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Valid driver’s license and reliable transport to job sites in the local area.Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
