Junior Showroom Consultant

Summertime Pools is looking for a Junior Showroom Consultant to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, showroom sales and technical problem-solving. You’ll learn the pool industry from the ground up, with training and mentoring from experienced team members.

You’ll work across both our showroom and technical support, helping customers find the right products while developing the skills to troubleshoot and understand pool equipment.

Your day may include:

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right pool, spa, equipment and options.

• Answering customer enquiries in the showroom, by phone and email.

• Learning to troubleshoot common pool equipment and water-quality issues.

• Performing pool and spa water testing and helping customers understand the results.

• Developing a strong understanding of pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters, automation and other pool equipment.

• Supporting customers with basic technical enquiries and escalating more complex issues when required.

• Assisting with quotes, follow-ups and sales administration.

• Learning how pool systems work together, including equipment and installation processes.

• Assisting with customer appointments, site assessments and basic plans.

• Keeping customer and sales information up to date in HubSpot.

• Working closely with our sales, construction and technical teams to deliver a great customer experience.

You don’t need to be a pool expert — we’ll teach you.

• Naturally curious and enjoys learning how things work.

• Interested in both sales and technical problem-solving.

• Practical, organised and a good communicator.

• Keen to learn and develop new skills.

• A team player who takes initiative.

Previous sales, customer service or technical experience is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
