The Character Group – (including Character Cabinets & Stone with Character), located in the South East Perth Metro area, has an outstanding reputation for producing quality cabinets & stonework for W.A’s residential Construction market. 

We are recognised for our commitment to teamwork and dedication to providing the residential and commercial building industry with a professional service. We have a strong client base of various high-profile building companies.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated team player to join our laminate tops team.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

• Cabinet Making experience

• Laminating experience

• Good problem-solving skills with the understanding of how to identify problems, overcome them and suggest improvement

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong initiative

• Always striving for Continuous Improvement

• Good communication skills both written and verbal

• Willingness to learn

• Ability to take direction and follow procedures

• Be well presented

• Must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency

• Driving license essential

This is a full-time position, factory based role, five days a week with overtime as required.
