Most chefs are treated like mushrooms — kept in a dark room and fed... well, you know the joke.

We are looking for a Chef with personality to join our small team at Lot Twenty.

We are a small bar (capacity 150) with a big personality, and food is an important part of what we do. Alongside our à la carte offering and functions, we run popular masterclasses where the food is part of the experience:

🌶️ Spicy Margaritas & Tacos
🍸 Espresso Martinis & Tiramisu
🥟 Rosé or Reds & Dumplings
🥟 Dumpling Rolling
🍷 Mulled Wine & Roast

We are also changing things up at the venue, opening the frontage and growing our lunch and early evening food offering.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years' industry experience
• Relevant chef qualifications
• Someone who can work independently and take ownership
• Someone who enjoys being part of a team
• Someone happy working hospitality hours, including weekends
• And most importantly... personality +

You will initially be working solo in our open kitchen, with customers sitting right alongside you, so this is definitely nota hide in the back kind of kitchen.

Wednesday | Friday | Saturday | Sunday
Full-time, long-term position. Perth based.
