Clarendon Homes is seeking a motivated customer centric Sales Consultant to join our team in the Southern Highlands.

Clarendon Homes’ Southern Highlands display is quickly becoming a busy and high-performing display location.

The role

• Represent Clarendon Homes at the display centre
• Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract
• Work with greenfield, House & Land, Acreage and knockdown rebuild customers
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience
• Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment
• Weekend work essential

About you

• Proven experience in residential sales, preferably New Home Sales
• Previous experience within a project home builder will be highly regarded
• Strong understanding of the Southern Highlands market preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
• Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
• Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
• Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display environment
