About the Facility

Dryandra Aged Care is a 47‑bed residential aged care home in Kellerberrin WA, providing a close‑knit, homely environment for older people with varying care needs. Residents benefit from comfortable accommodation, communal lounges and a supportive team focused on dignity and quality of life.
We are looking for a Cleaner to join our aged care team at Dryandra Aged Care, in a (permanent part‑time) capacity.

About the Role

As a Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. Your work directly supports the health, wellbeing, and dignity of those in our care. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where attention to detail and pride in your work make a real difference every day.

What You Will Be Doing

• Clean and sanitise resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general cleaning duties
• Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are always met
• Manage waste disposal and restocking of supplies
• Support a safe, tidy, and homely environment for residents and staff
• Follow cleaning schedules and facility procedures
• Work cooperatively with the broader care team

What You Will Bring

• Previous cleaning experience (aged care, healthcare, or commercial cleaning preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Understanding of hygiene and infection control practices (or willingness to learn)
• A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this
