About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the team at Newcastle BMW as a Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestige brand in a growing automotive group.

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Respond promptly to phone, internet, and email inquiries from customers.

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.

• Provide accurate parts and labour quotes to customers.

• Process payments when customers are collecting their vehicles.

• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the day regarding the progress of their service.

• Liaise effectively with technicians in the workshop, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.

What You Bring:

• An exceptional track record in providing outstanding customer service.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor for a prestige automotive brand is favourable.

• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.

• A 'can do' attitude that thrives in a dynamic work environment.

• Comfortable rapport with a diverse range of personalities.

• A current unrestricted driver's licence.
