Experienced Multi-Skilled Quarry Operators

D7 Dozer | CAT 966 Loader | ADT | 50-70T Excavator

We are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join our growing operations across multiple quarry sites in McLaren Vale, Seacliff and Montacute, South Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity for operators who are confident working across a range of heavy mobile plant and thrive in a production-focused environment.

These roles offer ongoing work on a Monday to Saturday roster, with Saturday being a half-day, competitive rates and long-term opportunities for the right candidates.

About the Role

You will be required to safely and efficiently operate a variety of mobile plant and equipment, contributing to daily production targets while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and equipment care.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience operating any of the following:

• CAT D7 Dozers

• CAT 966 Loaders (or equivalent)

• Articulated Dump Trucks (ADT)

• 50-70 Tonne Excavators

• Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant Equipment

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you will possess:

• Proven experience within quarrying, mining, extractive industries, or civil earthworks.

• Multi-skilled operating experience across a range of heavy earthmoving equipment.

• Strong understanding of quarry operations, material movement, stockpile management and production requirements.

• Experience working around crushing and screening plants.

• Ability to load crushers, load trucks, manage stockpiles and support site production activities.

• Sound mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify equipment faults, and willingness to assist with changeout of wear components and general maintenance requirements.

• A proactive approach to safety and a proven record of working safely.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver's Licence.

• Relevant machinery tickets and RII competencies highly regarded.

• Reliable transport and flexibility to work across multiple sites if required.

• Strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to attendance.
