Our team is looking for a speech pathologist. There’s a great mix of clinic-based, community, rehabilitation and flexible work depending on what you enjoy most. There will be in office work and visits to home or school settings. Position available for both our Essendon North and Dandenong office locations. Looking for three to four days a week to start.

Position includes:

Clinic-Based Speech Pathology

• Working with clients through developmental delay, ASD and communication goals

• Excellent facilities, therapy spaces and resources

• Predominantly paediatric caseload with adult options if preferred

Community Speech Pathology

• Working with children across clinic settings and local schools

• Meaningful, community-focused work with strong wraparound support

• Clinic-based, community-based or hybrid models available

Telehealth Speech Pathology (Paeds & Adults)

• Fully remote telehealth model

• Supporting both children and adults across a varied caseload

• Flexible hours and strong work-life balance

• Ideal for clinicians wanting flexibility without losing team connection

Key Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
