Landscape Gardener

QA Build, part of GemLife, is a leading developer of luxury over-50s lifestyle resorts. We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Construction Landscaper to join our Residential Construction team.

About the Role

Hands-on role working across landscaping construction and site maintenance, including:

• Tree and shrub planting
• Soft & hard landscaping
• General garden maintenance (pruning, hedging, mulching, irrigation, lawns)
• Site clean-up and upkeep of outdoor areas
• Small excavator operation (if licensed)

About You

• 2+ years landscaping experience (construction or commercial preferred)
• White Card & driver’s licence
• Strong work ethic and team mindset
• Motivated, reliable, and safety-focused
• Operating tickets advantageous but not essential
