About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our business. We are passionate about our customers, our community, and creating a welcoming store environment. If you enjoy talking to customers about craft beers, premium wines, and spirits, this could be the role for you.

The ideal candidate will bring strong retail liquor experience, a customer-first mindset, and a genuine interest in the craft beer and/or wine industry, with a willingness to continue developing their product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Store Manager and team across the day-to-day operations of the store. Responsibilities include:

·       Supporting the day-to-day operations of the store

·       Assisting with stock control

·       Helping maintain a positive team culture

·       Driving sales through merchandising excellence and compliance with marketing campaigns

·       Inspiring and leading the store team to deliver outstanding customer service

What You’ll Bring

You will be proactive, flexible, reliable, and able to lead from the front. You will also bring integrity, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for retail.

·       Experience in a similar role

·       Exceptional customer service experience

·       RSA and Approved Managers Card essential

·       Willingness to work across a seven-day roster, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights
