A day in the life

As a Spa Therapist, you'll create exceptional wellness experiences for our members and guests through a range of professional spa and beauty treatments. From advanced facials and body therapies to massage and beauty services, you'll use your expertise to deliver personalised treatments that leave a lasting impression.

Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you'll build strong relationships with guests, provide tailored treatment and product recommendations, and help drive repeat business through exceptional service. You'll also support the day-to-day operation of the spa, including maintaining treatment rooms, managing guest enquiries and assisting with appointment bookings and reception duties when required.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity with a minimum of 10 hours per week.

We’re looking for…

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, Remedial Massage or equivalent qualification

• Previous experience working as a Spa Therapist within a day spa, hotel spa or wellness environment

• Strong skills across facials, massage, body therapies and beauty treatments

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences

• Confidence in recommending treatments, retail products and rebooking opportunities

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with members and guests

• Professional presentation, strong attention to detail and a positive team-focused attitude

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster
