Shifts: 08-10 Hour Day and Night Shifts

Security Clearance: NV1 Clearance Required and or Higher Desirable

About the Opportunity

Sydney Metro Security Services is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Security Officers for upcoming opportunities within a Highly Protected Security environment in the ACT.

This role offers attractive rates of pay, Varied Hours rostered shifts, and the opportunity to work within a secure and professional environment alongside industry-leading personnel.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicants will be responsible for:

• Access control and visitor management and Signing in
• Conducting internal and external security patrols
• CCTV monitoring
• Escorting contractors, visitors, and authorized personnel
• Monitoring and reporting security incidents
• Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Responding to alarms and security-related incidents
• Ensuring compliance with site security procedures and protocols
• Providing exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement

Role Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must possess:

• Current NSW Security License
• Australian Citizenship (Required for Clearance)
• Current NV1 Security Clearance (Highly Desired)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional presentation and conduct
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks
