Lucia is searching for passionate bartenders who enjoy crafting classic cocktails, modern spritzes and memorable guest experiences. This is a role for people who take pride in both quality drinks and genuine hospitality.

About the role

·     Prepare classic and signature cocktails to a consistent standard

·     Serve wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages

·     Provide friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service

·     Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar

·     Assist with glassware, stock rotation and closing procedures

·     Work efficiently during busy service periods

What you will bring

·     Previous bar or cocktail experience preferred

·     Current NSW RSA certificate

·     Strong communication skills and a positive personality

·     An interest in cocktails, wine and Italian-style hospitality

·     Reliability and strong attention to detail

·     Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
