Your Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

• Communicate effectively with owners, tenants and stakeholders, providing timely and professional advice.

• Oversee lease negotiations, renewals and rent reviews to maximise investment performance.

• Ensure high property standards by coordinating maintenance, inspections and contractor performance.

• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, outgoings reconciliation and arrears control.

• Ensure compliance with leases, legislation and trust account management.

• Identify opportunities for property performance improvement and preventative maintenance.

• Work collaboratively with a supportive and professional team in a flexible work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a similar role – minimum three years.

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

• A proactive, problem-solving approach with attention to detail.

• Availability to coordinate after-hours callouts when required.
