Our tours include the Great Ocean Road, Phillip Island, Dandenong Ranges, Puffing Billy, Yarra Valley and Melbourne.

We specialise in small-group day tours for Japanese-speaking visitors to Melbourne and are looking for someone who enjoys driving, meeting people and sharing the best of Victoria with our guests.

This is a casual position with flexible hours, and we are particularly interested in someone who is available to start as soon as possible.

• Fluent Japanese and English communication skills.

• A valid Australian driver's licence and excellent driving record.

• At least 2 years' driving experience in Australia.

• Confident and comfortable driving longer distances.

• Friendly personality and excellent customer service skills.

• Good knowledge or interest in Melbourne, Victoria, Australian history and culture.

• Ability to communicate comfortably with Japanese visitors of different ages and backgrounds.

• Availability for weekend and public holiday work when required.

Previous tourism, hospitality or tour-guide experience is highly regarded, but is not essential.

Full training provided

You don't need to know every tour itinerary before starting.

Full training will be provided, including tour routes, attractions, commentary and our operating procedures. We are looking for someone who is confident driving, enjoys meeting people and is keen to learn.
