Early Childhood Teacher – Kindergarten & Pre-Prep

Amaze Early Education Beaudesert is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our 3-ECT professional team and lead our second Kindergarten learning environment.
Working with children aged 3–5 years, including funded Kindergarten and pre-Prep children, you will create an engaging, inclusive program that supports each child's individual development, interests and transition to school.
Our approach incorporates Reggio Emilia, nature play and our Bush Buddies program, providing meaningful learning experiences across our indoor and outdoor environments.
About the roleLead and implement the Kindergarten program in collaboration with our ECT and Educator team.
Plan, observe, document and assess children's learning and development.
Create inclusive, engaging experiences aligned with the EYLF, QKLG and NQS.
Support individual children's needs while considering the needs of the wider group.
Build respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Maintain appropriate professional communication boundaries and liaise effectively with the Centre Director and Educator team.
Contribute to our collaborative Amaze ECT community and ongoing professional development.
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG and NQS.
Experience in Kindergarten programming, planning, observation and documentation.
Current Queensland Blue Card and First Aid qualifications.
A genuine interest in Reggio Emilia, nature play and child-led learning.
Strong professional communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
A commitment to inclusive practice and positive outcomes for every child.
