About The Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Digital team and drive the performance of paid media campaigns across Hype DC, Platypus and Subtype.

Working closely with Marketing, eCommerce and CRM teams, you'll execute, optimise and report on campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and other digital channels. You'll use data and insights to maximise Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), drive online sales and deliver continued growth across our brands.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other digital channels.Monitor campaign performance, budgets and bidding strategies to maximise ROAS and revenue.Align paid media activity with the eCommerce trade calendar, product launches and promotional campaigns.Analyse campaign performance using GA4 and Looker Studio, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Execute audience, creative and landing page testing to improve campaign performance.Partner with Marketing, CRM, eCommerce and external agencies to deliver best-in-class digital campaigns.Stay up to date with industry trends and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

3+ years' experience in a Performance Marketing or Paid Media role.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and GA4.Experience managing campaign budgets and optimising performance against key commercial KPIs.Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.A collaborative mindset and passion for digital marketing.
