Our rapidly growing organisation is looking for an experienced Sales/Business Development professional to join our Commercial Sales team. The role will ideally suit someone who has a successful track record in technical product sales and has been integral in continuing to drive sales growth in the Commercial market.

What does the role entail?

Increase and maintain the sales of Commercial Hot Water systems by managing our existing trade accounts and building new account opportunities through plumbers, builders, developers, hydraulic consultants and embedded network channel within your designated territoryDevelop and implement strategies to increase business development and sales growth with key accountsBuilding and maintaining strong customer focused relationships within the industryIncrease sales and market share of the Commercial business by analysing market trends and focusing on both short and long term sales growthProvide technical support to both external and internal customers as requiredIdentify ongoing market development opportunities by playing a key role to increase the awareness of the Rinnai Commercial brand within the marketThe successful applicant will be required to partake in some regional travel

Who are we looking for?

Successful background developing sales growth and business development with products of a technical natureTrade qualifications in Plumbing and/or hydraulics with experience in hot water specification and design are highly desirableThe ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer serviceExperience within the construction and plumbing industriesA positive and self-driven salesperson with a goal focused mentalityStrong negotiation skills together with excellent communicationA technically minded individual with strong analytical capabilityHigh level of commercial and business acumenIndividuals who have existing relationships within the commercial plumbing and/or hydraulic consultant markets will be held in high regard
