Production Team Member

We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated team members to join our Production team to actively contribute in the manufacture of our globally distributed range of products.

 ABOUT THE ROLE

 Working on either our Day shift (7am-3pm) or our Afternoon shift (3pm to 11pm), you will work with a highly motivated and skilled team to assemble Haltech products throughout the manufacturing process.

• Follow work instructions to efficiently construct electronic and mechanical assemblies

• Produce assemblies in quantities as per distributed work orders.

• Produce assemblies within allocated cycle times

• Capture daily build quantities into manufacturing systems

• Produce products to the required standards and ensure finished products are in-line with the defined quality requirements

• Work within company policies and procedures

 ABOUT YOU

• Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality

• Proficiency in using a range of hand tools to construct mechanical assemblies

• Experience in handling PCBa’s

• Confidently hand solder thru-hole components in line with internal standards

• Ensure your own work area is kept neat, orderly and clean

• Confidence to immediately raise issues to your manager to ensure a quick resolution

• Ability to read and understand English

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to accurately follow procedures and verbal instruction

• Reliable and punctual

• Enjoys working in a highly motivated and passionate team

• Previous manufacturing experience will be highly regarded
