The Position:
We’re now looking for a motivated Graduate Contract Administrator to join our close-knit team and grow their career in the building and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Assisting Project Managers and Site Supervisors with day-to-day coordination of residential and commercial projects
Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including progress reports, variation claims, and site diaries
Supporting tender and contract administration processes
Tracking project timelines, budgets, and material orders using Excel and project management tools
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
Conducting site visits to monitor progress and assist with quality and safety compliance
Updating and managing construction schedules and RFIs (Requests for Information)
You are an experienced graduate with a degree in Construction Management and some prior exposure working in a similar construction role (ideally within the building and construction industry). You thrive in a fun, close-knit team and are excited by the opportunity to build your career with a respected local firm.
You’ll also bring:
Strong Excel skills and confidence with Microsoft Office
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
