Create a career with growth and unlimited opportunities in a family-run business Lead and manage the project from start to finish in a supportive team environment Competitive salary with a fully maintained vehicle Your key role responsibilities would be: Lead the implementation of the CEMP, environmental sub-plans and project environmental controls. Manage environmental approvals, permits and compliance with legal, contractual and project requirements. Provide practical environmental and sustainability advice to project and construction teams. Undertake and coordinate environmental inspections, audits and monitoring, including water quality, noise, vibration and dust. Manage environmental risks, incidents, non-conformances, corrective actions and reporting. Develop and deliver environmental inductions, toolbox talks and workforce awareness initiatives. Coordinate environmental and sustainability data collection, verification and reporting. Liaise with clients, regulators, consultants, subcontractors and other key stakeholders. Manage environmental priorities and contribute to effective project planning, delivery and continual improvement. Here’s what we are looking for… Degree qualified in Environmental Engineering, Science or a related discipline. Strong understanding of project scope, contractual requirements and change management processes. Practical problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex environmental matters. Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment with competing priorities. Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills. Confident using Excel and relevant project and reporting systems. Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across project teams and stakeholders.
