Senior Retail Team Member | GAZMAN Canberra Outlet - New Store!

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Part-Time Retail Team Member to join our team at our new store opening in the Canberra Outlet next month! This is an excellent opportunity for a retail professional who thrives on delivering outstanding customer experiences and takes pride in providing personalised service.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine, friendly interactions
• Use your product knowledge and styling skills to help customers look and feel their best
• Work with your team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive store culture
• Keep the store looking its best through visual merchandising, stock processing, and presentation

• Experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment
• A genuine passion for the GAZMAN brand and our customers
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
• Excellent visual merchandising and styling ability
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Availability to work a roster across Monday, Sunday, Tuesday, and/or Friday, approximately 20 - 25 hours per week
• Flexibility to work additional hours as required during peak trading periods and to cover team leave
