As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our friendly team in Cardiff.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a permanent part-time position with flexible hours available.

Working within a small, supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• General administration and data entry
• Maintaining and updating company databases and records
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Preparing and issuing customer invoices
• Auditing and processing employee timesheets
• Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
• Filing, scanning and document management
• Supporting various business administration functions as required

Experience using QuickBooks will be highly regarded.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
