About the OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive Organisational Development & Learning Coordinator to join our People, Culture & Environment team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting initiatives that enhance employee capability, engagement and organisational culture across RFDS SA/NT. You will coordinate learning and development activities, provide support for key people systems, and contribute to projects that strengthen leadership, performance and workforce development outcomes.
Key responsibilities includeYou are a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering exceptional support to stakeholders. You have strong organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
