Contract Administrator | $110M High-Rise Project | Brisbane

Leading construction contractor delivering a landmark $110M high-rise project in Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Contract Administrator looking to work on a significant project within a strong commercial construction environment, with genuine scope to develop their career.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will take responsibility for the commercial and contractual administration of the project from procurement through to completion.

Your key responsibilities:

• End-to-end Procurement: Managing subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account

• Financial Management: Managing monthly reporting, variations, progress claims, forecasting and project cost control.

• Risk Mitigation: Identifying commercial and contractual risks early and implementing practical solutions to minimise exposure.

• Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and the wider project team.

About You

• 1+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator

• Experience working for a Tier 1, Tier 2 or established commercial builder

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and subcontract administration

• Experience managing variations, claims and EOTs

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
