About Us

We are a busy panel beating and towing business looking for a reliable, organised and motivated person to join our office team.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, communicating with customers and insurance companies, and making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.

About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and scheduling vehicle tows

• Managing the daily tow schedule and communicating with drivers

• Preparing and processing towing invoices

• Liaising with insurance companies regarding vehicles, claims and towing

• Communicating with customers, insurers and other businesses

• Following up on outstanding jobs and paperwork

• General data entry and administration

• Filing and maintaining accurate records

• Assisting with general office duties and supporting the team as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks

• Confident communicating over the phone and by email

• Reliable, professional and has a good work ethic

• Comfortable dealing with insurance companies and customers

• Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Attentive to detail and accurate with paperwork and invoices

• Calm and capable of working in a busy environment

Experience in an insurance company, panel beating/body repair shop, towing business or automotive industry would be highly regarded, but is not essential. We are happy to train the right person who has the right attitude and strong organisational skills.
