About the role
Expected commencement: October 2026
Accommodation support, site transport and relocation assistance are available for the right candidates.
We are a Kiwi-owned commercial construction contractor seeking motivated, reliable and hardworking people to join our team on major industrial and cold-storage projects across Australia.
Our next project is based in Melbourne and is expected to commence in October 2026. The anticipated duration is approximately three months; however, this will depend on construction progress and scheduling.
We also have additional projects in the pipeline across Australia. While ongoing work cannot be guaranteed, successful contractors may have opportunities to continue with future projects as they become available.
We specialise in installing PIR insulated panel systems for large-scale cold-storage and distribution-centre facilities.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced insulated panel installer who can work independently. However, we also encourage applicants with building, carpentry, roofing, cladding or flashing experience—as well as motivated people eager to learn and establish a long-term career in the industry—to apply.
If you are based in New Zealand and have been considering a move to Australia, we would love to hear from you. As a Kiwi-owned business, we understand what is involved in making the move and can assist suitable candidates with relocating and getting established in Melbourne.
This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door in Australia while working alongside fellow Kiwis who have already made the move.
This is a physically demanding construction role involving manual labour and working at heights.
Our standard working week is Monday to Saturday, with approximately 50–70 hours per week depending on project requirements and scheduling. The roster may occasionally extend to 13 consecutive days followed by one day off.
