We’re looking for a Front of House Professional who thrives on energy, hospitality and being part of a great team.

Zareh is a high-energy, fast-paced and tight-knit restaurant where great food, genuine hospitality and a strong team culture come first.

We’re looking for someone who loves restaurants, loves people and genuinely cares about creating a great experience for every guest who walks through the door.

• You’re curious about food, wine and hospitality and are keen to keep learning.

We’re looking for someone who has a genuine love of wine and a curiosity to keep learning and developing their knowledge.

Someone who enjoys talking to guests about what’s in their glass, discovering new producers and regions, and helping create a beverage offering that complements the food and experience at Zareh.

There will be an opportunity for the right person to take more ownership of the beverage program over time, working closely with the team to develop the list, build supplier relationships and continue growing their skills and career within hospitality.

You don’t need to know everything: we’re interested in someone who is curious, passionate and keen to keep learning.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming guests and creating a warm, relaxed and memorable experience.
• Providing attentive, knowledgeable and genuine service.
• Taking orders and confidently communicating the menu.
• Talking to guests about the food, wine and beverage offering.
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider FOH team to deliver seamless service.
• Looking after your section and anticipating guest needs.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
• Helping create the atmosphere and energy that makes Zareh special.
• Contributing to a positive, supportive and fun team culture.

We’re looking for someone who understands that hospitality is more than just taking an order and delivering a plate.

It’s about reading the room, knowing when to step in, making people feel looked after and creating an experience they want to come back for.
