Chef - Hot Kitchen

Shift: Morning shift 7am - 3pm, Payrate: $36.93 p/h for AM shift

Afternoon shift 2pm -10pm, Payrate: $42.33 p/h for PM shift

Your duties include but are not limited to the following:Cook large batches of hot meals using industrial equipment like multi-functional boilers, following strict airline specs and schedulesFollow HACCP guidelines, monitor food and fridge temperatures, and keep the work area cleanLooking after Oven, deep fryer, boiler sectionDish assembling, fruit portioning, cheese cutting, garnish prep

Requirement

For Chef role, must have min Certificate III in commercial cookeryRequire previous knife handling experience in kitchenExperience in bulk cooking enviroment will be highly regardedAvailable to work a 5-day roster (including public holidays, weekends, and morning or afternoon shifts).Full Australian working rights without hours limit
