We're building the next generation of digital products, platforms, and ecosystems at Mustard, and we're looking for a Technical Lead to help shape what comes next.This is a senior, hands-on contract role within our Digital Futures team, starting as a 3-month engagement with a genuine opportunity to convert to permanent for the right person. Key responsibilities:Lead technical vision and architecture across products and platformsAct as a technical authority on emerging technologies including AI and automationContribute hands-on across front-end and back-end developmentDefine scalable engineering standards and solutions for a range of digital productsSolve complex challenges and ensure high-quality delivery
About you:5+ years as a Technical Lead with a strong full-stack backgroundStrong leadership and team management skills are a mustProven delivery across digital products and platforms, ideally within fast-moving environmentsHands-on with React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, APIs, and headless CMSExperience with AWS, Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practicesConfident in shaping architecture and guiding teamsAble to start at short notice and open to permanent opportunities
