Central Formwork Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated Formwork Sales Representative to join our growing team.

We are a formwork supplier servicing builders, formworkers, contractors and construction companies across Sydney.

What we offer:

• $85,000 + super

• 0.75% commission on collected sales

About the role:

• Develop new customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, formworkers and contractors
• Visit construction sites and customers
• Promote and sell our formwork and building products
• Follow up leads, enquiries and quotes
• Secure repeat business and long-term customers
• Manage customer orders and relationships
• Work closely with our team to coordinate stock and deliveries
• Build forward orders and help maintain consistent container turnover
• When Central is low or temporarily out of stock, proactively build and maintain relationships with other suppliers to help source products and keep customers supplied
• Identify alternative supply opportunities and communicate stock availability to customers
• Help ensure customers remain with Central even during periods of limited stock

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in formwork, construction, timber or building-material sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident dealing with builders and contractors
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Professional and reliable
• Ability to work independently and manage your own customer base
• Existing industry contacts will be highly regarded
• Strong industry relationships with other suppliers will be highly regarded

We’re looking for someone who is hungry to succeed, understands the construction industry and can build strong relationships both with customers and suppliers.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
