The Role
Manage a tidy, well-maintained residential portfolio end-to-end, supported by dedicated leasing and administrative staff. No leasing or trust accounting will allow you to focus on client relationships, compliance and portfolio performance — not constant admin.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end portfolio management

• Landlord and tenant relationship management

• Rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears oversight

• Legislative compliance (QLD RTA)

• Protecting and maximising asset performance

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ end-to-end PM experience

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration

• Strong RTA knowledge

• Confident communicator with excellent organizational skills
