What you'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a premium or high-volume dining environment
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, including wine service
• A warm, engaging, and professional approach to guest service
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high service standards
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
