We service a wide range of industries, specialising in the supply and custom fabrication of Architectural, Building, Construction, and Engineering plastics. Because every project is different, this is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

We take care of our crew and are looking for the right candidate who wants to grow within the company. If you bring the drive, we’ll help upskill you.

• Pay rates: Based on your trade experience.

• Custom fabrication & machining: Plastic gluing/welding, shaping, bending, and precision cutting using various workshop machines and power tools.

• Job management: Using our digital business system to log project progress, track time against specific jobs, and update order statuses in real-time.

• Plans & drawings: Interpreting PDF workshop drawings and architectural plans to ensure precision.

• Inventory & Safety: Picking correct stock, conducting basic machine checks, as well as maintaining a clean safe and work area.

• Work with an assorted range of plastics, including but limited to: Acrylic (Perspex), Polycarbonate, PVC, HDPE, ABS ...

• Skills & Experience:

  • Solid background in plastic fabrication or carpentry is essential.

  • Proven ability to read PDF workshop drawings and architectural plans.

  • Tech-savviness: Comfortable using tablets or computers to navigate job tickets and update internal project records using ERP software.

  • Operation and safety experience with CNC routing, laser cutting/engraving, and lasers is a plus!

• Personal Attributes:

  • Enthusiastic, diligent, and takes pride in your craftsmanship.

  • Effective communication skills: Essential for working smoothly with the team and following project specs.

  • Able to work autonomously or as part of a team.

• General Requirements:

  • Full Australian working rights.

  • Physically fit (lifting and bending required)

  • Reliable transport to work - on-site staff parking is available, and public transport is within walking distance.

  • Forklift licence is a big plus.
