Housing Choices Australia
About the role
Make a difference where it matters most
At Housing Choices Australia, we believe everyone deserves a safe and affordable home. We are a leading not-for-profit housing provider committed to building inclusive and thriving communities. Our Five-Year Strategic Plan (2024–29) prioritises people and aims to deliver social impact, sustainable growth, and empowered teams.
Join us in building a better future, one home at a time.
Why you will love working with us
Join a passionate, purpose-driven team where your work creates lasting impact, and your wellbeing, growth, and individuality are genuinely valued.
How you'll make an impact
Coordinate and deliver the end-to-end lease-up of a mixed tenure high-rise development in central Perth over a 12-month leasing timeframe. The role leads timely, compliant and resident-focused leasing outcomes across affordable and market housing tenures, working closely with team members across social allocations, housing services, property, communications and external partners.
The Leasing Coordinator will manage pre-tenancy engagement, application and eligibility processes, inspections, sign-ups, lease documentation and resident onboarding. The role will also contribute to a smooth building activation by maintaining accurate records, coordinating stakeholder communications, monitoring progress against lease-up targets and supporting sustainable tenancy commencement, using approved organisational templates, systems and delegated processes.
This role is a fixed-term opportunity for a period of 12 months.
