We're looking for 2 motivated Apprentice Locksmith to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognised trade qualification while learning from experienced locksmiths across residential, commercial and government projects.

As an apprentice, you'll receive hands-on training, attend TAFE and develop the skills required to install, maintain and repair a wide range of locks, doors, access systems and security hardware.

About the Role

Working alongside qualified locksmiths, you will:

• Learn to install, service and repair locking systems and security hardware.
• Assist with workshop, site and service-call work.
• Develop skills using locksmithing tools, machinery and equipment.
• Learn key cutting, keying systems and lock servicing.
• Assist with stock control, workshop organisation and housekeeping.
• Support front-counter sales and customer service activities.
• Learn to work from floor plans and master key schedules.
• Complete all apprenticeship and TAFE requirements.
• Follow quality, safety and environmental procedures at all times.

Essential Requirements

You will be willing and able to obtain or maintain:

• Relevant security licensing requirements.
• Working With Vulnerable People clearance.
• Construction White Card.
• Asbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness certifications.
• National Police Check.

A current driver's licence is highly regarded.
